Who do I contact if my ATM or Debit Card is lost or stolen?
During business hours, call your branch location.
After business hours, please call 1.800.554.8969 and follow
the instructions to report your card lost or stolen. The representative
will ask for the name of the financial institution (MetaBank), the cardholders name,
and the address associated with that card. The card can immediately and permanently be
locked out to help prevent fraudulent activity.
